Every Friday I reconcile our vendor invoices and file the PDFs.
Let’s do one real example together. Send me this week’s file.
I matched 18 invoices. Two totals need your review.

The Computer stays. The infrastructure disappears.
Every customer gets one persistent Debian Computer with Chrome and Hermes. BrainRoad assigns it automatically, keeps it available, backs up its durable state, and replaces the system safely when needed.
- One customer-isolated Computer
- Bots, files, routines, and browser state survive restarts
- Optional Watch and Take control when a person is required
One Computer. A team of specialist Bots.
Each Bot can own a role, chat, memory, skill, and routine. They share the same files, tools, Chrome sessions, and credentials, so work can move between them without becoming another integration project.
One complete plan.
No trial maze, model tiers, seats, top-ups, or usage invoices at launch.
- One private Computer
- All of its Bots

Questions before the handoff.
Read every answerWhat is the private Computer?
It is one persistent Debian Computer operated for your account. Your Bots share its files, Chrome sessions, connected tools, and learned work. BrainRoad handles the infrastructure; you start in chat.
Do I need to build an automation first?
No. Start with one real job. Your Bot does an example with you, learns your correction, and only then offers the smallest useful Bot and routine for repeating it.
Will the Bots keep working when I close the browser?
Yes. Permitted routines run on your private Computer independently of the browser, and their results remain in the owning Bot conversation when you return.
Can I see or control the Computer?
Yes. Computer view is optional. Watch the shared screen, take control for a password, two-factor code, CAPTCHA, or other human-only step, then return control to Hermes.
