How BrainRoad articles are made

BrainRoad uses an automated editorial pipeline, not a room of anonymous human writers. This page explains what that pipeline checks, what it does not prove, and how we handle corrections.

Who is responsible

Articles attributed to the BrainRoad Editorial Team are researched, drafted, checked, and maintained by BrainRoad's content automation under rules set by BrainRoad. Bryan Leasure owns BrainRoad and its editorial policy, but he does not manually review every automatically published article. A separate “Reviewed by” line appears only when a named person actually reviewed that article.

What happens before publication

  1. Topic selection: Search Console, DataForSEO, existing inventory, duplicate history, and bounded current-product signals help identify useful questions. Social, autocomplete, news, and YouTube activity can reveal a topic, but they do not prove product claims.
  2. Research: The article receives a source and claim pack. Product capabilities, pricing, policies, and launch details must be supported by fetched evidence appropriate to the claim.
  3. Drafting: The writer works from that evidence and a small-business-owner brief. It may not invent customers, tests, results, quotations, or first-hand use.
  4. Review: Deterministic checks and a separate senior editorial audit examine evidence discipline, usefulness, readability, duplication, product truth, and unsupported claims.
  5. Publication: The site must build successfully, the page must map to a maintained topic pillar, and validated internal links are added before the normal Git, CI, and deployment path completes.

Updates and consolidation

Newer is not automatically better. Search performance is measured after meaningful changes. When an existing page already answers a question, we prefer a focused update over another near-duplicate article. Similar pages may be merged and permanently redirected to one maintained URL.

Hands-on testing

We label direct testing only when it happened and the article explains the method. A vendor demonstration, press release, public video, or third-party review is not described as BrainRoad's hands-on experience.

Corrections

AI products change quickly. If you find an incorrect price, capability, attribution, broken source, or other factual problem, send the page URL and the correction through our contact page. We will verify the report against current primary evidence and update the article when warranted. Material updates receive an updated date.

Commercial relationship

BrainRoad articles may discuss BrainRoad and competing products. The site is owned by BrainRoad, so readers should expect us to explain where our approach differs. Comparisons must still distinguish documented facts from opinion, disclose material commercial relationships, and avoid fabricated customer outcomes.
