Is there an annual plan?

Is $29/month worth it?
Your Business Brain keeps the files, notes, customer history, templates, and rules your helper needs before it drafts anything. What AI models are supported?
Claude (Anthropic), GPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), plus local models via Ollama. Use whichever model works best — or assign different models to different tasks. Your helper, your choice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and your helper workspace stays available until the end of the paid period. After that it pauses. Your settings, Brain, files, and review history stay preserved.

What if I don't upgrade after the trial?
Your helper workspace pauses and stays in a resumable state. Nothing is auto-billed. If it sits inactive for a long time, it may eventually be archived.
What if AI makes a mistake?
New customer-facing workflows start in review. You can edit, approve, or decline the draft. Repeatedly approved low-risk email replies may later earn narrow, capped autonomy that you can pause or revoke; high-stakes messages remain manual.
Can a teammate help review the work?
Yes. The account owner can invite one delegated reviewer to read the shared Business Brain and edit, approve, or decline ordinary Triage work. Every action stays attributed in the account's work record. A teammate's approval can execute the reviewed action, but only owner approvals can widen autonomy; billing, helper controls, Brain changes, and trust settings remain owner-only.
