What does the free diagnosis cover?: A phone conversation, a quick remote look, or a first look at a dropped-off computer. If deeper testing would ever cost anything, I tell you first.
What counts as one problem?: One cause, however many symptoms it has. If there’s a second, unrelated problem, I tell you and you decide.
How long does a repair take?: Most software problems are fixed in one remote session. Hardware is usually back in one to two days; if a part has to be ordered, I’ll tell you.
More than one computer?: The flat price is per computer. The diagnosis stays free on all of them.
What if my files can’t be recovered?: My recovery attempt costs nothing if it doesn’t work. If it needs a specialist lab, we talk about it before any money changes hands.

What decides the Business Care total?: How many people and systems are covered, with a $349/mo minimum. Projects, hardware, subscriptions and travel are quoted separately.
What happens after AI Quick Start?: Your team has two jobs set up to start from an AI draft, with training, written instructions and a list of what they cost to run. Ongoing tuning is optional, from $299/mo.
What’s not in the website price?: Online stores, custom software, paid advertising, third-party subscriptions and major redesigns. I quote those first.
Deposits and cancellation?: Bigger projects take a deposit. Monthly services cancel before renewal; the pay-monthly website has a 12-month minimum first, or you can pay once instead. I explain the commitment before you approve it. See the service terms.
