There’s the work you do for your customers, and then there’s everything you still need to catch up on: reports, research, files to sort through, and updates to write.

BrainRoad gives you an AI assistant to help with that work, ready to use in your browser. You can ask a question, share a file, or get help with a draft. When it’s useful, ask it to remember your instructions or run something on a schedule.

You Shouldn’t Have to Set Up a Server to Get Help

Your assistant works on a private computer that we prepare and look after. It has a browser, room for your files, and Hermes, the open-source app that handles the AI conversations and work.

BrainRoad handles the computer, backups, updates, account, and billing. Hermes provides the assistants, their memory, and their tools. That keeps the product simple and lets you get on with what you came to do.

Pick Up Where You Left Off

Your conversations, files, and saved instructions stay on your computer. Scheduled work can run while your laptop is off, with results waiting in the same chat when you return. You can add separate assistants for different work, such as research or writing.

AI still makes mistakes. Check important facts and anything you plan to send to a customer. Connected accounts give your assistants permission to act, so be thoughtful about what you connect. The FAQ explains how that access works.

Currently Available to Invited Pilot Accounts

The plan is $79 per month, including your private computer, all your assistants, and $20 of AI usage each calendar month. If you use up that allowance, new AI work pauses until the next calendar month. There are no automatic overage charges.
