BrainRoad is an operated product, not a VM dashboard. These are the boundaries that matter to the person using it.
What happens after I sign in?
BrainRoad routes you directly into the default Hermes Bot conversation. Your Computer is already assigned and prepared; there is no VM creation, provider setup, or power screen before chat.
What should I ask it to do first?
Name one repeated job you genuinely do. The Bot asks one relevant question at a time, completes one real example with you, and waits for your review before retaining the method.
How does BrainRoad learn my correction?
Hermes retains the proven inputs, decisions, sequence, quality bar, and correction as a reusable skill on your durable Computer state. BrainRoad does not copy the conversation into its own database.
Can it create specialist Bots?
The launch journey uses Hermes profiles for specialist Bots. A specialist appears only after a real example works and the work has a durable owner.
Does work continue when my browser is closed?
Yes. One supervised Hermes gateway runs on the Computer, including routines that continue independently of your browser session.
Will it ask for approval before acting?
BrainRoad runs Hermes in process-wide YOLO mode by default. BrainRoad does not add an approval queue or action-policy layer. A Bot still asks for missing information or a step a service technically requires a person to complete.
When do I use Take control?
Use it for passwords, passkeys, two-factor codes, CAPTCHAs, payment confirmation, identity checks, or another human-only step. Input stays disabled until Hermes reports an authoritative idle state.
Are Bots isolated from each other?
No. Bots on your Computer share its files, tools, browser sessions, and credentials. The private Computer is the customer-isolation boundary.
What is included for $79 per month?
One private Computer, all of its Bots, and one Computer-specific OpenRouter key limited to $20 of model usage per calendar month with automatic reset.
What happens at the model limit?
New model work pauses until the next monthly reset. BrainRoad does not add overage charges, top-ups, a fallback model, or a separate token invoice at launch.
Can I update or recover the Computer?
BrainRoad replaces the system generation from a promoted image while preserving the durable customer volume when it is healthy. Backup recovery shows the selected backup time and expected data loss before restoring.
What does account deletion remove?
Every VM generation, durable volume, backup, model key, route, and BrainRoad account record. Deletion is distinct from billing cancellation and is confirmed separately.
