Workflow Review • $249

Find the workflow that is eating your week.

A 45-minute call about where your time actually goes: follow-ups, quotes, customer questions, paperwork. Then a short written report: the one workflow to fix first, what AI should draft, what it would need to know, and what to leave alone.

$249, paid securely when you book. Credited in full toward a Business Brain Setup if you go ahead. No prep needed.

Why this exists

Most owners do not need seven AI tools. They need one workflow fixed.

Every week there is a new tool you are supposed to try. Most of them become another subscription and another login. Meanwhile the real leak — the follow-up that waited, the quote that took an evening, the question you have answered a hundred times — stays exactly where it was.

The Workflow Review goes the other way. We start from your week, not from a tool list. You talk, I ask questions, and we find the one place where a draft-first AI helper would actually be worth using.

The promise

  • • One workflow diagnosed, not a tool-stack pitch.
  • • At most one new tool recommended. Often the report also names subscriptions you can cancel.
  • • Full disclosure: I build BrainRoad. If it is not the right fit for your workflow, the report says so plainly and tells you what to do instead.
  • • If the report does not show you at least one workflow worth fixing, the $249 comes back. You keep the report either way.

What you get

A one-page report you can act on, with or without me.

Written in plain language within two business days of the call. Every report covers the same six things:

Your biggest time leak

The workflow costing you the most hours, in your own words, with how often it happens and what it interrupts.

The workflow map

Each step labeled one of three ways: keep human, AI can help, do not automate.

What NOT to automate

The places where AI would be risky, annoying, or just not worth it — and why.

What the AI would need to know

The pricing rules, FAQs, examples, and customer context a helper needs before its drafts are worth reviewing.

The first demo scenario

A real message from your business and exactly what a draft-first helper should produce from it.

A plain recommendation

Fix it yourself, fix it with BrainRoad, or leave it alone for now. One of those three, stated directly.

How it works

Three steps, about a week start to finish.

01

The call — 45 minutes

Walk me through a normal week: the last customer request that turned into back-and-forth, where work piles up, what you dread. With your OK the call is recorded so an AI note-taker catches the details.

02

The report — 2 business days

You get the written report by email: the leak, the workflow map, what to automate, what to skip, and the plain recommendation.

03

The readout — 20 minutes

A short follow-up call to walk the report together and answer questions. If the fix is a Business Brain Setup, your $249 comes off the price. If it is not, we shake hands and you keep the plan.

Good fit

  • • You run an owner-led business — solo or a small team.
  • • A repeating workflow costs you real time every week: follow-ups, quotes, customer questions, or paperwork.
  • • You have the raw material — old messages, quotes, notes, price lists — even if it is a mess.
  • • You want customer-facing work to begin in review.

Not a fit

  • • You want broad, unsupervised customer messaging from day one.
  • • The workflow is mostly regulated legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • • There is no repeating workflow — every job is one of a kind.
  • • You are looking for a general "AI strategy" session. This is one workflow, deliberately.

Who is doing the review

Thirty years of IT, plus years running a cleaning franchise.

I have spent 30 years being the person people bring technology problems to — business systems, networks, servers, and the weird edge cases that never fit the manual. I also owned a house-cleaning franchise, so I know what quotes, callbacks, and no-show follow-ups look like from the owner's side of the counter.

I built BrainRoad because owners need their business context organized before AI can be trusted with real work. The review is where we find out whether your workflow is ready for that — or whether something simpler gets you further.

The fine print

  • • $249, paid securely when you book.
  • • Reschedule any time up to 24 hours before the call, no charge.
  • • Miss the call without notice and we will reschedule once; after that the fee is used up.
  • • The call is recorded only with your permission, for note-taking. Recordings and notes stay private and are deleted on request.
  • • Refund promise: if the report does not show at least one workflow worth fixing, the $249 comes back.
