You need the call to work, not another restart.
- Calls drop, or only one side can hear.
- I check the phones or apps, the office network, the internet connection and the phone-service settings, then test calls in and out from where your staff actually sit.
- Wi-Fi works at one desk and dies at another.
- I check coverage, equipment and how devices connect, and give you a plan for solid coverage and guest Wi-Fi before you buy more routers.
- The printer or shared files keep disappearing.
- A computer can reach the internet and still lose the rest of the office. I trace the local connection and get the printing and file sharing working again.
- Every call still goes to the owner’s cell.
- I set up how calls reach the team, where missed calls go and who sees the messages, built around the way your business actually answers the phone.
One person who follows it across all the pieces.
The internet company checks its connection. The phone company checks its service. The printer company checks its machine. I check where those pieces meet.
I start with one person, one place and one task that fails, compare it with what works, and hand the provider real findings when it’s their repair.
I start with the equipment you have. If you need new gear, cabling or a different provider, I’ll explain why and include it in the quote for you to decide.
Tested where your team works.
Make and receive a call. Transfer it. Walk to the desk that loses Wi-Fi. Open the shared file and print the document. It’s done when those work.
Do we need to change internet or phone companies?
Only if what I find says so, and only if you choose to. Usually I can fix the setup you have.
Can you help remotely, or come to the office?
Both. A lot of settings and access problems I fix remotely. Coverage, equipment and wiring need someone there, and I quote the work and travel first.
What about an office move or new location?
I can plan and handle the setup, including switching providers and testing before your staff move in. See office and employee IT setup.
Faxes need their own sending and receiving checks. See business and medical-office fax support.
Get this one fixed. Decide about ongoing help later.
The first call is free. Tell me what’s happening, and I’ll tell you the next step and the price before any paid work starts.
- The price
- I quote business work before I start. If it turns out you need new equipment or a different provider, I explain why and you decide.
- If I need to come out
- On-site work in Missouri is $129/hr, two-hour minimum, with any travel included in the quote. Remote work is quoted for the job, anywhere in the U.S.
- When it’s done
- We test the thing you actually needed (the call, the email, the fax, the print) together, and I tell you in plain English what changed.

Stop making the same call to three companies.
Tell me what each provider has already checked and what your staff still can’t do. I’ll track it down and deal with the companies involved.
