Sound familiar?
You don’t have to pick a plan or figure out whose fault it is. Tell me what’s failing, who it affects and what you’ve tried.
- Email or account access
- Missing messages, Outlook that won’t open, sign-in loops, and accounts nobody remembers setting up.
- Phones, Wi-Fi and shared devices
- Dropped calls, dead spots, and the printer or shared drive that disappears every afternoon.
- Faxes that won’t send or arrive
- Missing pages, failures after a phone change, or referrals that never reach the right inbox.
- Computers, servers and backups
- A crawling workstation, a shared drive nobody can reach, a server making noises, or backups nobody has ever tested.
Stuck between the computer, internet and phone companies?
Each one checks its own piece and says it’s fine. Your staff still can’t finish the job. I check where the pieces meet and handle the conversation with the companies involved.
When it’s fixed, we test the actual task together: send the email, make the call, open the file, print the document. You’ll know what changed, and whether anything still needs a provider to act.
Start with one job. The first conversation is free, and no monthly plan is required.

The first call is free. Tell me what’s happening, and I’ll tell you the next step and the price before any paid work starts.
- The price
- I quote business work before I start. If it turns out you need new equipment or a different provider, I explain why and you decide.
- If I need to come out
- On-site work in Missouri is $129/hr, two-hour minimum, with any travel included in the quote. Remote work is quoted for the job, anywhere in the U.S.
- When it’s done
- We test the thing you actually needed (the call, the email, the fax, the print) together, and I tell you in plain English what changed.

Have someone on call before the next bad Monday.
Business Care is $119/user/mo, with a $349/mo minimum. Your staff get someone to call, and your computers, accounts and backups get looked after every month.
- Someone your staff can call
- When email won’t open, a sign-in fails or the printer disappears, your people call me. They don’t have to figure out what’s wrong first.
- Routine care for computers and accounts
- Updates, security, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and new-hire and departure setups, for the computers and accounts we agree on.
- Backups you’ve actually tested
- Somebody owns the backups: setting them up, watching them, and testing a restore. You’ll know what’s covered and what isn’t.
- One person to deal with the other vendors
- Internet, phones, printers, fax and software companies. With your OK, I make those calls, so your staff doesn’t sit on hold.
Before you sign up, I’ll list exactly who and what is covered, the hours, and anything that would cost extra, like projects, hardware or travel. Any size business is welcome, including ones with their own IT staff.
Ask what Business Care would cover for your team.Ready to switch IT support? Plan the handover first.
If your staff still chase providers or troubleshoot for the support company you pay, tell me what needs to change. We’ll work out who controls the accounts, what your current contract requires and when the switch can happen, before you commit to anything.
- Agree on what changes.
- What you need, what I take on, the monthly price, and any one-time handover cost.
- Plan the handover.
- You approve the access and the timing. I work with the outgoing provider on accounts, tools and documentation, and any downtime is planned with you.
- Your staff know who to call.
- I check the systems I’m taking over and show your team how to reach me.
Medical and physical therapy offices.
Staff need to sign in, reach shared files, print and fax all day, and the practice software has to work. I’ve done IT in medical and physical therapy clinics. I handle the desktops, servers, network and software access, and work with your practice-software company. Clinical and compliance decisions stay with your team.
Help with the rest of the office, too.
The first call might be about the printer. The fix might involve the network, the accounts or the backups. Here’s everything I handle, or just describe the problem.
Computer and business IT repair
Computers, email, printers, business software and equipment that’s getting in the way of work. I find what’s causing it and repair, replace or reconfigure it.
Networks, Wi-Fi, and business phones
Wired and wireless networks, firewalls, remote access and business phone systems, set up or repaired. New offices connected, and multiple locations working together.
Fax machines, online fax, and delivery problems
Failed sends, missing incoming faxes, busy signals, and faxes that broke after a phone-service change. I check the machine, the line, the online fax account and the other end, work with the provider, and test with a non-patient page until it arrives complete.
Cybersecurity and account protection
Strange sign-ins, suspicious payment requests, or a former employee who still has access. I lock down devices and email, set up two-step sign-in and access controls, train your staff, and respond when an account gets compromised. No system is hack-proof, and I won’t pretend otherwise.
Backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery
A backup report isn’t the same as a backup you can restore. I set up and watch backups for computers, servers and cloud accounts, test real restores, recover lost data, and plan how you’d get back to work after an outage.
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, servers, and cloud
Moving email and files, setting up shared workspaces, upgrading servers and connecting cloud and in-office systems, without losing the messages and folders your business depends on. We plan the timing together and test it with your team.
IT projects, consulting, and extra help for your team
Office moves, equipment replacements, software rollouts, connecting locations, or that project that’s been stalled for months. I can do the work, or work alongside your IT staff and providers.
Before you hand it over.
Do I have to change my internet, printer or phone company?
Not usually. I work with the providers you have. If something really needs to change, I’ll tell you why and you decide.
Can I hire you for just one problem?
Yes. The first conversation is free, and I quote the job before I start. You don’t need a monthly plan to get help once.
How fast will you respond?
For monthly clients, we agree on hours and response times before we start. If work is stopped right now, call. The monthly price isn’t a 24/7 emergency contract, and I’ll be upfront about what is covered.
What if the internet or phone company has to fix it?
Then I’ll show them exactly what I found and push it through with them. They still control their own repair and timing, but your staff won’t be the ones on hold.
What happens to our accounts if we leave?
They stay yours: accounts, domains and data. Monthly care cancels before any renewal, with no early-termination fee and no exit fee for handing things over.
