Sound familiar?
- The work is done. The paperwork isn’t.
- The job notes are on someone’s phone. The office still has to type them into a record.
Notes and photos become a draft job record, with anything missing flagged.
- The customer is still waiting on the quote.
- The visit was Tuesday. The quote still hasn’t gone out.
A draft quote built from the job details and your prices, and a person checks it before it’s sent.
- Follow-ups fall through the cracks.
- Somebody was supposed to call back. Nobody did.
Reminders and follow-up tasks created automatically in the tools you already use, assigned to a real person.
- Your team is using ChatGPT with no rules.
- Someone pasted a customer’s details into it last week. Nobody knows what’s okay.
A simple office AI policy, and training on what’s safe to share, so it helps instead of creating risk.
Three steps. Start wherever you are.
Most businesses don’t need a big AI project. They need a plan, a team that knows how to use the tools safely, and one or two things that save real time.
Step 1
AI Game Plan
$297, one session
You know you should be doing something with AI. You don’t know what.
A 60–90 minute session, remote or in person, where we look at how your business actually runs and pick the two or three places AI would save the most time or money. You leave with a short written plan in plain English: what to do, in what order, and what to skip.
The $297 counts toward the workshop or the automations if you go ahead within 30 days.
Step 2
AI for Your Office
$1,497, half-day workshop
Your staff are already using ChatGPT, or quietly avoiding it. Either way, nobody showed them how.
A hands-on half-day for up to 12 people, remote or on-site in Missouri. Your team learns to use ChatGPT safely for their own computer problems and their daily work: what to say, how to check its answers, and what never to paste into it. Everyone gets the ChatGPT IT Guy course to keep, and a one-page office AI policy you can adopt.
Travel for on-site workshops outside Columbia is quoted first.
Step 3
AI Quick Start
$2,497 flat
You’ve found the task that eats your team’s time. You want it handled.
I build two automations with your team, not just for them: connected to the tools you already use, tested on real work, documented, and handed over with training so your people can run and extend them.
Ongoing tuning is optional, from $299/mo. Any software subscriptions are separate and approved first.
Why I teach, not just build.
AI tools change every month. A system somebody builds for you and walks away from gets stale. A team that knows how to use the tools keeps getting better. So every step here leaves your people more capable, not more dependent on me.
And when you do want something built, connected to your software, a custom tool or a reporting system, I’m still the person who builds it. See software connections and custom tools.
Work I’ve already delivered.
Here’s how I connected website inquiries to office follow-up for a cleaning business.
See all completed projectsEvery inquiry is saved before slower systems run.
The website validates and stores the lead first, then completes CRM delivery in the background so the customer is not left waiting on a slow handoff.
Don’t fall behind. Don’t waste money either.
Start with a $297 Game Plan, and you’ll know exactly what’s worth doing before you spend more. If the workshop or automations aren’t a fit, I’ll tell you.
If something I build doesn’t do what we agreed, I fix it. Terms
