BRAINROADAI & IT Services

They sent the email. You still haven’t received it.

A customer swears they sent the contract. It’s not in spam. It’s not anywhere. Or Outlook won’t open, or a new phone has someone locked out of everything. Tell me which step fails. I’ll find where the mail is going and get your team back in.

One-time help. No monthly plan required.

The first conversation is free. You’ll know the price before I start.

Calls: 10:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. Central, Monday–Saturday. Choose a time for a business call.

I’m Bryan Leasure. 30 years in IT.
I answer the phone and I do the work. Remote anywhere in the U.S., on-site in Missouri.

How one-time help is priced

A sample quote request is marked sent on a phone while a laptop inbox shows no new messages.
“Sent” at one end. Nothing at the other. Bryan traces the message, then checks sending and receiving.

Tell me what happens, even if you don’t know why.

Email stopped arriving.
Customers say they sent it. Your inbox is empty. I trace sending, receiving, filtering and your domain settings, then test with an outside address.
The sign-in wants something you can’t give it.
A new phone, a missing Authenticator app, or the only admin account belonged to someone who left. I find the recovery route and work with the provider to get you back in.
Nobody knows who controls the accounts.
An old employee, a web designer or your last IT company set it all up. I find the accounts, subscriptions and admins, and put the keys back in your hands.
Your staff are living with workarounds.
Business mail going to personal accounts, a shared inbox that only works on one computer, or paying for the same thing twice. I sort it out and give you a clear plan.

You don’t have to figure out whose fault it is.

“Sent” at your end tells you nothing about the other end. And a website that works doesn’t mean the same domain is set up right for email.

I check the account, the device, the error messages, the delivery settings and the companies involved. If the mail provider needs to act, I explain what I found and handle that conversation for you.

For lockouts, I find the recovery route, work out who controls the account, and walk you through the provider’s ownership checks.

Tested on the work your staff actually do.

For missing mail, we send and receive test messages with an outside address. For lockouts, we check sign-in on the devices that matter. For a cleanup, we confirm who can manage and recover every account.

Microsoft 365, Outlook, Google Workspace, business Gmail, domain email, shared mailboxes, new hires and people leaving. Call about any of it.

Our email came from our website company. Can you still help?

Yes. Tell me who you pay and which address is affected. I’ll trace the setup and deal with the provider. You don’t have to untangle it first.

Will we have to switch email services?

I start by fixing what you have. If switching would really solve an ongoing problem, I’ll give you a separate plan covering messages, calendars, access, cost and the changeover.

Can you set up a new employee, or remove someone who left?

Yes. Accounts, permissions and access set up or shut off, without losing business information. For whole-office setups, see IT projects.

Want someone your team can call every time? See Business Care.

Get this one fixed. Decide about ongoing help later.

The first call is free. Tell me what’s happening, and I’ll tell you the next step and the price before any paid work starts.

The price
I quote business work before I start. If it turns out you need new equipment or a different provider, I explain why and you decide.
If I need to come out
On-site work in Missouri is $129/hr, two-hour minimum, with any travel included in the quote. Remote work is quoted for the job, anywhere in the U.S.
When it’s done
We test the thing you actually needed (the call, the email, the fax, the print) together, and I tell you in plain English what changed.

No monthly plan required. Compare business prices · Terms

What’s happening with your email or sign-in?

Tell me what’s happening and which service you use, if you know. Include a phone or working email so I can reach you. Keep passwords and recovery codes out of this form.

How should Bryan contact you? Enter a phone number or email. You can provide both.

The first conversation is free. Sending this request does not approve paid work or start a subscription.

Hand the email problem to someone who’ll follow it through.

You don’t need to know whether it’s Outlook, the domain or the account. Tell me what stopped working, and I’ll take it from there.
