I reserve an hour so we have time to connect and work through the problem. Most remote fixes take 15–30 minutes. Choose a time and I’ll call you, check whether remote help fits and guide you through the connection. Stay near the computer and enter any passwords yourself. Diagnosis is free. A suitable home repair is $99 per problem, agreed before paid work. Not fixed? You don’t pay.
