We sent it again. They still don’t have the fax.

The referral is ready. The other office is on the phone asking where it is. Your staff have sent it three times, and the phone company says the line is fine. Tell me what’s failing. I’ll find where it breaks and test it until a whole document arrives.

One-time help. No monthly plan required.

The first conversation is free. You’ll know the price before I start.

I’m Bryan Leasure. 30 years in IT.
I answer the phone and I do the work. Remote anywhere in the U.S., on-site in Missouri.

How one-time help is priced

An office fax machine with pages waiting in its feeder and on the desk.
Sending again is not the same as checking delivery. We test complete sending and receiving.

The phone works. That doesn’t mean the fax does.

The fax machine, the line or adapter, the online account and the other office all play a part. Each company can say its piece is fine while your office still can’t get a whole document through.

It stopped after the phones changed.
New provider, number transfer, router or phone system. I trace the new setup and find what the fax needs from it.
Some pages arrive. Others don’t.
I look at the pattern, the service’s size and page limits, and what each end reports, and test with a complete document, not just a connected call.
One office can fax you. Another can’t.
I compare the failing destination with a test destination to pin down where it breaks.
It says “delivered.” Nobody can find it.
I follow the incoming fax into the inbox, folder or practice software where it’s supposed to land, and fix the routing with the provider.

Every page, both ends, tested.

I use a non-patient test document with numbered pages and check what the sender reports against what the other office actually gets.

  1. Make it fail on purpose. Sending, receiving, one destination, or only big documents?
  2. Trace the connection. The machine, the account, the phone or internet setup, and the settings.
  3. Get the right company to fix their part. I take my findings to the phone, fax or software provider when they need to act.
  4. Check both ends. The whole document arrives, and your staff can find it.

You probably don’t need a new fax machine.

Fax machines, multifunction printers, online fax and fax built into practice software. I work on what you have. A new machine only helps if the machine is the problem.

Can you work with our medical software or phone company?

Yes. With your OK, I take what I found to their support team and work it through with them. They still control changes to their own service.

Can we keep our fax number?

I start with your current number and service. If a change is ever needed, we check number ownership and transfer options before you decide anything.

Do you need patient records to troubleshoot?

No. I start with the error messages and non-patient test pages. If anything needs access to protected systems, we arrange it with your office first.

Calls or internet failing too? Get help with business phones and networks.

Get this one fixed. Decide about ongoing help later.

The first call is free. Tell me what’s happening, and I’ll tell you the next step and the price before any paid work starts.

The price
I quote business work before I start. If it turns out you need new equipment or a different provider, I explain why and you decide.
If I need to come out
On-site work in Missouri is $129/hr, two-hour minimum, with any travel included in the quote. Remote work is quoted for the job, anywhere in the U.S.
When it’s done
We test the thing you actually needed (the call, the email, the fax, the print) together, and I tell you in plain English what changed.

No monthly plan required. Compare business prices · Terms

Is sending, receiving, or both failing?

Tell me the error and any recent phone or equipment change. Leave patient details and documents out of this form; a non-patient test page is all I need to start.

How should Bryan contact you? Enter a phone number or email. You can provide both.

Tell me what’s failing and which companies have already looked at it. I’ll track it down, so your staff can stop being the go-between.
