BRAINROADAI & IT Services

The office is moving. Who is getting the computers and phones ready?

First call free. Paid work quoted first.

Bryan Leasure, the person you’ll talk to

Bryan Leasure30 years in IT. I do the work.

I work alongside your team and providers.

Calls: 10:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. Central, Monday–Saturday.

The move is on the calendar. The internet installation, staff accounts and phones may still be on somebody’s list. Or your IT team has a project it cannot reach between support calls. Bring me the unfinished work and the target date. We’ll agree on responsibilities, dependencies and price, then I’ll carry out my part alongside your team and providers.

One-time projects are quoted for the job. Ongoing IT support has its own monthly agreement.

Get people and new locations ready to work.

A new employee cannot start without a computer and accounts. A moved office cannot run on a disconnected internet line. Bring me the dates and what’s needed. I handle the equipment, accounts and providers. We identify lead times and dependencies before promising a completion date.

  • Choose, purchase, configure, and track computers and other equipment.
  • Set up or remove accounts, licenses, permissions, and device access.
  • Coordinate internet, cabling, Wi-Fi, phones, printers, and meeting rooms.
  • Plan equipment retrieval, data transfer, and approved wiping or disposal.

Give your IT team extra hands.

Every day brings another urgent ticket, and the migration or rollout keeps slipping. Hand me a defined piece of the work. We agree responsibilities with your IT team, carry out the work, and leave documentation they can use.

  • Define the outcome, internal owner, and systems involved.
  • Plan access, testing, maintenance windows, and rollback.
  • Deliver the work with documentation your team can use.

Know what needs attention before buying more.

The bills keep coming, but it is unclear what the business still uses or what needs replacing. I review your systems, costs, backups and recurring problems, then tell you what to fix first and why. The assessment itself is quoted before paid investigation starts.

  • Record what exists, what works, and what creates risk or repeated work.
  • Prioritize repairs, replacements, and improvements with reasons.
  • Prepare a practical plan with responsibilities and separately quoted implementation.

Switch your IT support to me.

If your current provider leaves your staff doing the technical work, let’s talk. We agree on coverage and any setup cost, I handle the handover, and your team calls me from then on.

  • Tell me what your current support leaves you doing yourself.
  • Approve coverage, access, timing, and costs before the change.
  • I handle the handover and the support from there.

What needs to be ready, and when?

Describe the move, new starters, migration, or unfinished project. I’ll get back to you about the work and timing.

Before you hire BrainRoad

Can we hire you without a monthly plan?

Yes. One-time repairs, assessments, and projects receive their own scope and price. Ongoing care is a separate choice.

Can you work with our current IT team?

Yes. Give me an agreed project or a share of the support work. Your staff and I decide who handles what before I start, so you know who to call and who makes each decision.

Can you improve what we already have?

Yes. Show me the workaround your team is tired of using. I’ll check whether your current setup can do the job, explain what needs changing and quote the work before you decide.

Can you handle the vendor coordination?

Yes. With your permission, I work with the internet, phone, software or equipment company involved. You approve the business decisions and costs. I handle the agreed technical work and explain what happens next.

How do quotes and purchases work?

We agree on scope, price, required access, and any equipment or subscription costs before paid work begins. Hardware is passed through at cost with receipts; you can buy it elsewhere. Changes to the agreed scope need your approval.

What happens after I request help?

I read what you send and contact you using the details you provide. We talk about what’s stuck, how urgent it is and the next step. If work is stopped now, call rather than waiting for a form reply.

How will we know the work is finished?

We agree on what you need to do, then try that task together. I explain what changed. If anything still needs attention, you’ll know the next step and who is handling it.

What if the delivered project does not work as agreed?

Report a reproducible failure to meet the agreed scope within 30 days of acceptance. We investigate and correct our work without an additional labor charge under the project workmanship terms. New requirements and unrelated faults are assessed separately.

What happens to our accounts and documentation?

Your accounts and supplied content stay yours. Paid, completed custom work is portable, subject to disclosed third-party licenses. Standard export and handoff have no extra exit fee. Your written scope identifies the deliverables and any customer-specific exceptions.

Read payment, cancellation, ownership, and workmanship terms.

Give the unfinished project a next step.

Internet installation, account access, and equipment deliveries can set the pace of a move or rollout. Start the free conversation while there is time to identify those dependencies. I’ll go over the plan, timing and price before you approve anything.
