There is no application process and no waitlist, and the 30-day free trial does not ask for a credit card.

Step 1: Go to the Dashboard

Open app.brainroad.com in your browser.

Step 2: Create Your Account

You will see a sign-up screen. You have two options:

• Email and password: enter your email, create a password, and verify with a confirmation code sent to your inbox.
• Google sign-in: click “Continue with Google” to use your existing Google account.

Step 3: Land on Your Dashboard

After signing in you are taken to your dashboard. BrainRoad provisions your private workspace automatically: your two AI helpers (OpenClaw and Hermes) begin starting on their own, so there is no “create an agent” step. If capacity is momentarily full you will see “Queued — waiting for capacity. We’ll start your agent automatically.”

A BrainRoad-provided trial API key is also configured for you during provisioning, so your helper can talk to an AI model right away without you creating an account with any AI provider.

The 30-Day Free Trial

Every new account starts a 30-day free trial. During the trial you get the private Business Brain, the hosted helper workspace, dashboard access, Brain uploads, a named helper with its own managed email inbox, and the review step before customer replies send. No credit card is required.

When the trial ends, your workspace pauses. Your configuration, Brain, files, and review history are preserved, and nothing is auto-billed. Upgrading to Pro ($29/month, or $288/year which works out to $24/month) resumes your helper with everything intact. Workspaces left paused for a long time may eventually be archived.
