Inviting a Teammate to Review

One delegated reviewer

If someone else helps run your business, you can invite one teammate to share the review work. They get read access to your Business Brain and can work through the shared Inbox on your behalf. They are a delegated reviewer, not a second account owner: their actions are recorded under their own name, and nothing they approve ever widens what the helper is allowed to do on its own.

One teammate per account is the current limit.

Inviting someone

1. Open Settings (/dashboard/settings) and find the Team access card.
2. Enter your teammate’s email address and send the invitation. The link is single-use and expires in seven days.
3. Your teammate opens the link and signs in. The email they sign in with must match the address you invited.
4. Once accepted, they pick your shared account in their dashboard and can start reviewing.

You can revoke access at any time from the same card. Revocation takes effect on their next request; there is no lingering session access. Expired, revoked, or replaced invitation links cannot be reused.

What a teammate can do

• Read the shared Business Brain. Read surfaces only; they cannot upload, edit, or ask-and-ingest on your behalf.
• Review ordinary Inbox items. They see the shared Inbox and can edit, approve, decline, and snooze regular cards such as email replies, quotes, bookings, and Brain notes. Their view says so plainly: “Shared drafts and requests you can review on behalf of the account owner.”
• Execute under your account, attributed to them. When a teammate approves a reply, it sends from the helper’s mailbox exactly as if you had approved it, and the record shows the teammate as the reviewer.
• Act as a safety signal. If a teammate declines a reply in a thread where the helper had earned auto-approval, that trust rule is paused, the same as when you decline.

What a teammate cannot do

• Anything to do with trust or automation. Teammates never see the Inbox Settings tab. They cannot review trust offers, change auto-approval policies, or manage trusted threads. Those are owner-only, on the server as well as in the dashboard.
• Widen autonomy, even by accident. A teammate’s approvals never count toward earning trust, never become account defaults, and never feed any automation. Only your own approvals can lead to a trust offer.
• Review owner-only items. Trust offers and Brain findings are excluded from their queue and from their pending count.
• Touch the rest of the account. Billing, starting or stopping the helper, switching runtimes, account settings, console and logs, Brain uploads and connectors, and account deletion all stay owner-only.
• Invite or remove anyone. Only you can send or revoke the invitation.

The honest summary

Delegated review shares the reading and the reviewing, not the authority. You get an attributed record of who edited, approved, declined, and sent what, and every control that shapes what the helper may do on its own stays in your hands. For how those controls work, see Earned Trust.
