QuickBooks opens. The invoice still won’t print.

It’s the end of the month. The invoices have to go out today. And QuickBooks has picked this exact moment to stop printing, stop sending or stop opening at all.

Tell me which step fails. I fix the computer, printer, email and file problems around QuickBooks, protect your company file first, and test the actual task with you.

Free first diagnosis. A flat price before any repair.

Independent IT help, remote anywhere in the U.S. Bookkeeping and tax stay with your accountant.

I’m Bryan Leasure. 30 years in IT. I answer the phone and I do the work, for people anywhere in the U.S.

Sound familiar?

You don’t need the technical words. Tell me which of these sounds like your computer, or just describe what it’s doing.

Invoices won’t send
The books are right. The invoice just won’t leave, and the customer can’t pay what they never received.
QuickBooks won’t open or sign in
An update, the browser, the company file or the account is blocking you right when the day starts.
Bank feeds stopped updating
Transactions are missing, doubled or stuck behind a reconnect that keeps failing.
Printing or email changed
Forms won’t print, PDFs come out wrong, or invoices won’t go out through Outlook after an update.
You’ve been bounced between companies
One says it’s the computer. Another says it’s the account. You just need someone to find it.

I fix the technology around the books.

QuickBooks depends on the computer, the company file and connected services all working together. I go straight to the step that fails.

  1. STEP 1

    Protect your company file first

Before I touch anything, I find your version, your company file, your backups, and which computers and people are affected.

  2. STEP 2

    Fix what’s around QuickBooks

Windows, the browser, the network, the printer, PDF and email: the pieces that usually break the task.

  3. STEP 3

    Test the actual task

Open the company file, print the form, send the invoice, reconnect the bank. We check the thing you needed to do.

  4. STEP 4

    Hand off anything that’s Intuit’s

If it’s a subscription, payroll or Intuit account issue, I hand it to the right people with the details already sorted out.

What I fix, and who handles the rest.

The free diagnosis tells us what kind of help you need before you spend anything. If it needs someone other than me, I’ll say so.

Questions people ask me

Are you Intuit or official QuickBooks support?
No. I’m an independent IT professional. I fix the computer, network, printing, email, installation and file access around QuickBooks.
Do you do bookkeeping or taxes?
No. I fix the technology. Your bookkeeper or accountant handles the books, payroll and tax decisions.
QuickBooks Online or Desktop?
Both, for access and technical problems: sign-in and browser issues, local installs and company files, and connected services.
What if the company file is damaged?
I protect the file and your backups first, then use the safe repair path. Severe damage may need Intuit’s own recovery, and I’ll tell you before promising anything.
How much does it cost?
The first QuickBooks diagnosis is free. If it needs a repair, I give you a flat price for the job before I start.
